HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD?

If you have not forgotten your Dove Channel password and would like to update it on your account, visit www.Dovechannel.com and log-in. (You can also do this through the Dove Channel app.)

Once signed in, select the personalized subscriber drop down tab on the upper right-hand side of the screen and select “Edit your profile” option.

At the top of the page, you can easily view the password you are signed in with!

If you need to edit your email address, please contact support at support@dovechannel.com

You can also see the option to update your password by entering your old one once, then the new password twice.
